What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven Leadership: Strong ability to coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.

✅ Experience: 5 years in a high-volume, full-service restaurant, with 2-4 years as a General Manager.
✅ Tech & Compliance Savvy: Familiar with Microsoft Office, POS systems, ServSafe certified (preferred).
