Key Responsibilities
- Welcomes members and guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Assists with seating guests and providing menus.
- Oversees online reservation system; and assists with making reservations in-person, by phone, and by email.
- Monitors and directs the flow of traffic in the dining room.
- Responds to member and guest inquiries.
- Assists with opening, closing, and side duties as needed.
- Must have 1-3 months of related experience. Previous food and beverage service experience preferred.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Must be available to work between 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
