What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping Manager position at Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center?
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the management of the Health Centers housekeeping department and shall ensure the cleanliness of all WCCHC buildings and locations. This positions responsibilities include overseeing the departments budgets, resources, supplies, equipment, staffing, and vendor contracts to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and to meet the operational needs of the Health Center.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
1. High school diploma or equivalent education required
2. An Associate’s Degree preferred
3. Minimum of 5 years of housekeeping management experience required
4. Minimum of 5 years of housekeeping experience within a healthcare facility required
5. Valid Hawaii driver’s license and daily access to an automobile is required
