What are the responsibilities and job description for the Post Doctoral Fellow position at Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center?
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is for Psychology Postdocs who will be trained at WCCHC for one training year. Postdocs will receive clinical experience and training, supervision, and didactics.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Conduct individual therapy, family, and couples therapy with children, adolescents, and adults. Provide group therapy as opportunities occur throughout the year
2. Perform clinical consultation and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to facilitate patient care
3. Perform consultation and collaboration with relevant individuals involved in patient care such as case managers, school officials, and medical providers
4. Attend scheduled didactic trainings, individual, and group supervision
5. Participate in program development and other assigned training projects
6. Provide psychological testing and assessment
7. Perform other related duties as assigned
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Must have completed an APA-Accredited doctoral program in Clinical or Counseling Psychology and provide verification of degree completion
