JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide customer service to phone and email inquiries
- Process buys, sales, and appraisals
- Sell items online
- Position includes buying, selling & customer service
- Daytime & Evening shifts available
- Small business that values consistency, the desire to learn, and respectful individuals
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Full time OR Part time Sales Associate/Customer Service Representative
- We are looking for passionate, self-motivated individuals with a positive outgoing personality, solid work ethic, knowledgeable (and willing to learn), courteous, respectful, honest, goal oriented, and competitive.
- 1 year of customer service experience or retail experience minimum
- High School Education or GED
- Ability to follow state and company policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to Multitask
- Pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Some previous knowledge of jewelry, electronics, antiques, and/or sales is a bonus but not required
- Bilingual abilities are a bonus
