We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Duties
- Deliver food from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff regarding order status and special requests.
- Uphold food safety standards by ensuring proper handling and presentation of all food items.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Support the culinary team during peak hours by assisting with food preparation as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with culinary terms and food safety practices is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding guest services.
- Experience with POS systems is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
