Administrative Associate Job Description
The Administrative Associate provides essential support to the Administration department, handling clerical and administrative tasks. This role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also supporting the General Manager and other department managers.
We are seeking a candidate skilled in managing websites, utilizing MS Office software, and operating Paxton systems (training available if needed). A comprehensive job description is available upon request.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Manage and update the organization's website.
- Use MS Office software proficiently to complete assignments.
- Operate and manage Paxton systems (training provided if necessary).
