Responsibilities
The Beach and Pool Attendant will provide efficient and professional Beach and Pool side service to owners and guests in a timely, courteous, and accurate manner. All duties and functions are carried out to maintain an environment of teamwork and guest satisfaction. Qualifications
- Current Hawaii Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification required but can be provided
- Previous Recreational or Hospitality industry experience helpful
- Must possess strong verbal skills, attending to guests in a friendly, courteous, and diplomatic manner
- Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to organize work tasks efficiently
- Ability to work with co-workers as part of a team
- Must work with minimal supervision
- Takes pride in a great job done
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
- Able to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight
- Able to walk and stand throughout duration of shift
