As a barista in one of our stores, you’ll create a hip, happy, and delicious experience for our customers through excellent service and aloha. You’ll be in an energetic store environment where you’ll have the opportunity to learn and to master your food & beverage craft, work on a wonderful team and meet new people every day. Basic Qualifications

• No previous experience required

• Be on time & responsible with showing up and getting shifts covered

• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays

• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security

• Get to know and love to help our customers, including discovering and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to learn quickly

• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to work as part of a team and be positive

• Ability to build relationships

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 18 per week
