Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying any variances and providing recommendations for improvement
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Collaborate with project managers to track project costs and provide accurate cost projections
- Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and board of directors
- Manage cash flow and make strategic financial decisions to support the company's growth objectives
- Oversee the annual audit process and ensure timely completion of all audit requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks, auditors, and vendors
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA designation or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
