House Cleaner

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, and customer homes ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform Residential and commercial cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
• Conduct routine facilities maintenance to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors to maintain their appearance.
• Assist with custodial duties including trash removal, dusting surfaces, and sanitizing high-touch areas. windows
• Support other cleaners and other areas to get the job done
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishment as necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Residential or commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean effectively and efficiently.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques
• Ability to work independently while also being a reliable team player.
• Good physical stamina; able to lift and move equipment or materials as needed.
• A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the workplace.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 5 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
