Job Description
This position will give you the opportunity to:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all NetSuite-related matters, including system configuration, maintenance, and user support.
- Manage and maintain NetSuite modules, including financials, inventory, order management, and CRM, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and implement system enhancements, customizations, and workflows.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and saved searches to provide stakeholders with relevant and actionable data insights.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to optimize system utilization.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of NetSuite functionality.
- Stay up to date with NetSuite releases, new features, and industry best practices, and propose recommendations for system enhancements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator, including system configuration, customization, and support.
- In-depth knowledge of NetSuite modules, such as Financials, Inventory Management, Order Management, and CRM.
- Strong understanding of ERP and IT systems, business processes, and data structures.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and saved searches to provide meaningful insights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus.
- The ability to demonstrate exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a strong focus on delivering a customer-delight experience in every interaction.
