Warehouse Production Associate

We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and hard-working individual to join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and passionate about people and warehouse processes/production. You will play a crucial role in production of products and progressing our warehouse processes. You will work closely with other team members to ensure the success of our organization. The type of work we do is categorically awesome, and we hope to find the right fit, based on experience and culture, to join our Warehouse team!
Company Description: We are a leading provider of wireless, mesh-networked, "Internet of Things" (IoT) sensors for industrial environments. Our cost-effective, plug-and-play products empower plants of all sizes to conduct predictive and preventative maintenance on mission-critical and secondary equipment in order to maximize uptime. (I.e. We help with things like getting your Prime packages to you faster!)
Logistics
Schedule: 5 full-time days (Day shift schedule!)
Location: Onsite at our HQ office in Queens Gate (Cincinnati, OH)

Job Description:This position will give you the opportunity to -
- Product Assembly: Assist with production of sensor technology products, including small electronics and components for the Waites system
- Inventory Management: Receiving, processing, and storing incoming stock; maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and product locations.
- Quality Control: Inspecting products for defects and damages before shipping, ensuring that all items meet quality standards.
- Shipping Preparation: Preparing orders for shipment, including assembling containers and securing merchandise for transport.
- Warehouse Organization: Keeping the warehouse clean and organized, sorting recyclables, and managing the layout to optimize space and efficiency.
- Data Entry: Entering corrections and updates into inventory management systems as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Warehousing, Shipping/Receiving, Production, etc.
Preferred Skills
- Working with small components and circuit boards
- Dexterous individual who is comfortable working with their hands
- Competent computer skills with the ability to learn shipping software
- Flexibility to adapt to last minute changes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability and willingness to be trained and work in multiple roles within warehouse/production operations
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude with a great work ethic
Working Conditions
- Walk/use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or tools / Reach with hands and arms / Climb ladders and stairs / Crawl/kneel
- Sit, talk, listen, observe, read, write, and type
- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted
