Wake and Late is looking for a General Manager (GM) / Assistant General Manager (AGM) / Kitchen Manager (KM) for our newest location WEST HOLLYWOOD (WeHo). We are obsessed with creating the best products (burritos, bagels, pastries, and beverages) and sourcing the best ingredients, with a focus on providing inspired service and maximum hospitality, always!
We are searching for a passionate, empathetic, and dynamic leader to inspire our teams by injecting energy, grace, and professionalism into all aspects of our restaurant. This will be a full-time role, with ideal morning working hours from 6am - 2pm and will own all hiring, discipline, training, education, and the continued growth and success of our shop level teams.
Our GMs / AGMs / KMs are responsible for overseeing all operations of the restaurant -- front (FOH) to back (BOH). Leadership will prioritize perfect food and maximum hospitality at all times. Their duties include hiring and training team members on all systems and policies, inspiring team members to go above and beyond, as well as basic administrative duties such as creating work schedules and addressing all guest feedback. They work closely with upper management to ensure their teams are staffed and trained in accordance with all Wake and Late company policies.
