Wake and Late (W&L) is looking for a COMMISSARY MANAGER for our Commissary Kitchen in PASADENA. We are obsessed with creating the best products (burritos, bagels, sandwiches, pastries, and beverages) and sourcing the best ingredients, with a focus on providing inspired service and maximum hospitality, always!
We are searching for a passionate, energetic, and dynamic COMMISSARY MANAGER to help take our Wake and Late Commissary Kitchen to the next level with an emphasis on streamlining production and prioritizing a culture of mentorship, coaching, training, and learning and growing every day.
This will be a full-time, salaried role and we are looking for a leader who will be responsible for all aspects of prep, production, and crushing projects on-time and on-schedule. The ideal candidate for our COMMISSARY MANAGER brings a dynamic energy, a willingness to learn and grow, and a desire to contribute to a very busy Commissary Kitchen and delivery schedule.

We are seeking candidates with:
- 3 years of experience, preferably in a commissary prep kitchen
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Good work ethic with a strong sense of urgency
