Job Goal
Assist the class (grade level) teacher(s) in promoting the spiritual and educational development of each student, and ensuring a nurturing, safe environment.
Pay Scale $17.00 an hour
EDUCATION, LICENSING, AND TRAINING:
- High school diploma or higher
- CPR/First Aid certified
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Participates in a local Bible-believing church
- Exhibit a consistent Christian testimony (Galatians 5:22-23)
- Personal Relationship with Jesus Christ (John 3, Ephesians 2:8-9)
- Ability to apply Biblical solutions to problems
- Personal integrity and self-motivation in the fulfillment of WCA mission
- Skill to perform multiple tasks with a potential need to upgrade skills in order to meet changing job condition
- Problem solving ability is required
- Ability required to schedule activities; collate data; and use basic, job-related equipment
- Ability to use electronic equipment for word processing, data management, information retrieval, and telecommunication
- Flexibility is required to work with others in a variety of circumstances; work with data utilizing defined but different processes; and operate equipment using standardized methods
- Speaks, reads, and writes English fluently
- A sense of calling to Christian education
