Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM (20 hours/week, no nights or weekends)
Hiring Range: 23.20 - 28.42
Market Range: 23.20 - 33.63

Emergency Service Worker Statement
In the event of an emergency, as determined by the County Manager or designee, participation in preparedness and response operations should be expected. Employee may be required to fill a temporary assignment in a role different from standard duties, work hours and/or work location in preparation for, during and after the emergency. Employee may also be required to participate in relevant exercises and regular preparedness training.

Essential Functions
- Assist our customers with the logistical transporting of vehicles to our designated repair facilities
- Assist in maintaining the appearance of our vehicles to include vehicle detailing
- Perform minor repairs (e.g., replacing bulbs, batteries, wipers, air filters)
- Assist technicians with routine maintenance (e.g., tires, brakes, oil changes)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills

Required
The Basics (Required Education and Experience)
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of experience in automotive maintenance
- Valid Driver's License and "safe" driving record
- Equivalent education and experience are accepted
- Please include ALL prior work experience on your application and resume.
- Knowledgeable in workplace safety practices and PPE to conform with OSHA requirements
- You will have experience in automotive preventative maintenance and repairs
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to use computers and software applications to record time and material expenses
- Ability to firmly adhere to codes of conduct and ethical principles
- Ability to use good judgment in order to carry out detailed instructions from a supervisor
