Emergency Service Worker Statement
In the event of an emergency, as determined by the County Manager or designee, participation in preparedness and response operations should be expected. Employee may also be required to participate in relevant exercises and regular preparedness training.

Required
The Basics (Required Education and Experience)
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months of job-related experience
- Equivalent education and experience are accepted
- Please include ALL prior work experience on your application and resume.
- At least 2 years Customer Service and Call Center experience
- Medicaid experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Proficiency operating computers, printers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment
- Ability to Assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects and other duties while meeting deadlines and expectations
- Ability to Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers’
- Strong Analytical Thinking skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Information/Records Administration
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
