What You'll Be Doing Wake County Health and Human Series is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator- Evaluation to work with the Work With Wake program, a five year grant awarded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to improve Public Health Infrastructure. This position will be responsible for developing the evaluation framework as well as doing the data collection and analysis for this award. In addition, this position will document lessons learned and share best practices among community partners, including university partners; work with community health and partnership teams to ground-truth results produced throughout this award; and develop innovative strategies for expanding evaluation programs to support community change in support of health equity. Emergency Service Worker Statement

Required
The Basics (Required Education and Experience)
- Bachelor's degree
- One year of job-related experience
- Equivalent education and experience are accepted
- Please include ALL prior work experience on your application and resume.
- Master’s degree in Public Health or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience including experience working in or with communities of color or other underserved communities, working to support complex developmental evaluation structures, and experience working with partner organizations
- Experience working on awards funded by USG
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Subject-matter expertise on the following topics: monitoring and evaluation, community health, developmental evaluation
- Demonstrated capacity and ability to manage start-up initiatives and determination to achieve outcomes
- Sensitive to the interests of diverse community members, stakeholder groups, strategic partners, elected officials, and colleagues
- Commitment to and connection with Wake County communities who experience inequities
