Essential Functions :
- Coordinates limited-scope projects and maintains customer expectations.
- Analyzes workflows and translates them into system configurations.
- Collects and documents specifications for new or revised functionality.
- Performs programming/scripting for assigned projects.
- Implements and tests system updates and changes with users.
- Creates reports using reporting tools and SQL.
- Extracts and migrates data between systems.
- Tests and validates system configurations to ensure functionality.
- Serves as a liaison between end users and vendors.
