Provides leadership, coordination, and support for the patient care unit for a defined shift. Responsibilities include accountability for the quality of care delivery, patient progression, service excellence, and workplace experience. Partners with the Nurse Manager and Assistant Nurse Manager to achieve goals to improve quality of care.
Position Highlights:
- Shift Schedule: Full-Time, 3 (8hr, 10hrs, and 12hrs) shifts weekly, Rotating Schedules, Schedule 1: Mon: 10:30am-7pm, Tues and Wed-6:30am-7pm, Schedule 2: Thurs and Fri-6:30am-7pm, Sat-6:30am-3pm
- Day Shift: Rotating shifts/days-Hours: 6:30am-7pm, 10:30am-7pm, or 6:30am-3pm
- Department: Transplant Surgery Unit

What You’ll Need:
- Graduation from accredited School of Nursing; Minimum of 2 years RN experience, BSN preferred.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the State of North Carolina Board of Nursing
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines
