Research Fellow: Cancer Survivorship Program
Function of Job: Under PI direction, responsible for various activities that support the Cancer Survivorship research initiative focusing on an interdisciplinary and collaborative approach.
Characteristic Work
- Lead and assist with data analyses for manuscript preparation
- Initiate and assist the writing of manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed academic journals
- Responsible for developing pilot project and grant proposals
- Present research at professional meetings
- Participate in multidisciplinary research teams
- Attend relevant seminars, meetings, national conferences and other cancer related events as requested
- Participate in career development activities
Qualifications
- PhD in relevant field
- Career interest and experience in cancer survivorship
- Excellent written and oral skills
Supervision Received: Direction and guidance is provided by faculty PI. This position will not have supervisory responsibilities.
