Education/Experience :

- Preferred: Experience in food service or customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure food quality and follow recipes and guidelines.
- Meet productivity, delivery, and serving schedule requirements.
- Minimize waste and control costs by adhering to portion guidelines.
- Clean and maintain equipment and dishwashing areas.
- Provide high-quality customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
- Maintain high sanitation standards and comply with safety regulations.
- Complete required training, including compliance and safety.
- Contribute to team performance and support other departments as needed.
- Safely deliver, serve, and retrieve food trays following protocols.
