- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients throughout the title process.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting title processing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a license plate agency or a car dealership setting.
- Knowledge of title processing procedures and related documentation.
- Strong research skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
