Advanced Practice Medical Provider Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Medical Provider to join our comprehensive outpatient clinic team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care for patients of all ages, handling minor injuries and illnesses, as well as administering treatment for more complex conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Treating minor burns or injuries, sprains and strains, coughs, colds and sore throats, allergic reactions (non-life threatening), rash or other skin irritations, broken bones and more
• Providing primary and preventive care services to patients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Family Medicine or Urgent Care
• Experience treating pediatric patients and delivering high-quality care to individuals of all ages
• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant Program or equivalent
• Current North Carolina Medical Board Medical License, Certified by NCCPA
• Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Department of Public Safety (DPS) registration, for prescription writing is required to start
