About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Pediatric Nephrology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatrics and nephrology, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
The APP will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients across various settings. This includes:
- Conducting thorough examinations and evaluations.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Providing education to patients and families on kidney disease, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
The APP will also have opportunities to participate in specialized procedures, such as dialysis, infusion therapies, renal ultrasound, and percutaneous renal biopsies.
