Job Description
As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive primary care and preventative health services to patients of all ages. You will diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses, develop personalized care plans, and conduct minor office-based procedures as necessary. You will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have graduation from an accredited medical school as an M.D./D.O., successful completion of residency at an accredited healthcare institution, and current North Carolina Medical Board Medical License as a current M.D./D.O. You must also be board certified or board eligible in primary care or a related field from your residency. Additionally, you must have current American Heart Association or Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and current DEA and DPS registration for prescription writing.
