As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care to pediatric patients with kidney-related conditions.

About the Role:

• Deliver comprehensive care plans for pediatric patients, working closely with nephrologists, PAs, and the nephrology team.
• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations, providing high-quality patient-centered care.
• Support patients and families through education on kidney disease, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited PA or NP program.
• Current medical license or RN licensure with certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and DEA registration.
