Located in Lewisville, North Carolina, our practice is part of the Wake Forest Health Network, a physician-led multispecialty group affiliated with Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist. We focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and community wellness.
This role offers a unique opportunity to practice primary care while developing a sports medicine program from the ground up. We seek a motivated physician to build and grow a dedicated sports medicine panel.
Position Highlights
- Work-Life Balance: Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no inpatient responsibilities and limited shared on-call coverage.
- Diverse Patient Population: Treat patients of all ages in an engaging outpatient setting.

Responsibilities
Physicians diagnose and treat injuries and illnesses by performing physical exams, taking medical histories, and recommending treatment plans.
Requirements
- M.D./D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of a Family Medicine Residency and Sports Medicine Fellowship.
- Board Certification/Eligibility in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine.
- Current NC Medical License, DEA, and BLS certification.
