Job Description
As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse range of patients in a supportive outpatient setting. Our clinic is dedicated to preventative care, chronic condition management, and improving the health and wellness of our community.
The Wake Forest Health Network is a physician-led, non-faculty multispecialty group practice affiliated with Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with no inpatient responsibilities and limited shared on-call coverage.
- Patient Population: Diverse range of patients, from pediatric to geriatric, in a supportive outpatient setting.
- Team Support: Collaborative work environment with an experienced team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care and preventative health services to patients of all ages.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
- Develop personalized care plans, promoting health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Conduct minor office-based procedures as necessary.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
