What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician position at Wake Forest?
Wake Forest Emergency Providers Cone Health Emergency Medicine Physicians work in three regional hospitals and two free-standing Emergency Departments. These sites include a Level 2 Trauma Center, a bustling Community Hospital, and a Rural Hospital as well as two efficient Free Standing EDs. Patient care needs are coordinated with our robust local consult services as well as with Regional Tertiary referral centers throughout central North Carolina.

Wake Forest Emergency Providers provide staffing for the Cone Health Emergency Department sites through a services agreement between these world-class organizations. Cone Health (https://www.conehealth.com/) is a patient-centered, provider friendly, health system headquartered in Greensboro, NC. As an Emergency Medicine Physician, you will work alongside other EM Physicians, EM APPs, and EM nurses and staff to take care of patients and save lives. Although the focus of this role is primarily clinical, there will be Career Development opportunities with access to get involved in Education, Administration and Leadership.
