Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Camp Manager to oversee the daily operations of our camp facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and guest services, ensuring that all campers and guests have a positive and memorable experience. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Duties
- Manage daily camp operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training.
- Ensure high standards of guest relations, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Oversee front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate activities and programs for campers, ensuring they are engaging and well-organized.
- Foster a welcoming environment by promoting hospitality values among staff and volunteers.
- Maintain communication with guests to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote camp activities and attract new guests.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality or guest services.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing camp operations.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.

- Comfortable being on their feet for most of the day
