Clinical Nurse Manager – Health Services
Wake Robin - Linden Nursing Home is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team. This position provides direct clinical expertise and management to the nursing department in support of our nursing staff, residents, and our interdisciplinary team. Primary responsibilities include providing daily leadership and interdisciplinary collaboration to support quality care and operations, staff supervision and support, clinical administrative support tasks for resident care, and policy oversight and implementation. In addition, this position performs direct care nursing services as needed.
Education and Experience:
- Current Vermont license as a Registered Nurse
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role in a clinical setting.
- Must have prior experience working with geriatrics in a skilled nursing setting.
Pay: $44.21 - $48.63 depending on experience
