What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at Wake Robin Corporation?
Wake Robin is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our community.
The Maintenance Supervisor works in a team-centered atmosphere where emphasis on customer service and resident interaction create a unique and rewarding work environment.
Our maintenance team utilizes a variety of technical skills to perform complex maintenance and repairs of the facilities and resident homes. Responsibilities and skills include but are not limited to:
- computer-based monitoring and diagnostics,
- repair, and preventative maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration equipment,
- plumbing, electrical, lighting and carpentry,
- scheduling, coordination and routine maintenance of equipment and mechanical systems,
Qualified candidates must have:
- at least 5 years’ general maintenance experience in a commercial residential or industrial setting,
- at least two certifications – required
- a strong aptitude for computer-based operational systems,
- high standards of service,
- proactive and positive team supervision,
- excellent communication.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 7a – 3:30p, but there is some flexibility.
- Will be part of the on-call rotation team.
Pay:
- Starts at $28.52/hour; increases depending on applicable experience.
Smoke-free campus.
Due to our vulnerable resident population the COVID vaccine is highly recommended but not required.
