Recruiter/Workforce Builder
Our Recruiter/Workforce Builder is a key member of the HR team setting the standard of “community” as we find and welcome new staff to Wake Robin. While building strong recruiting partnership across the state, our recruiter cultivates new talent pools that support our high standards of care and our service-based mission.
Qualified candidates will have expertise in traditional as well as innovative recruitment techniques, employment law, and a keen understanding of federal/state and non-profit resources designed to support employment. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2-years’ experience as a recruiter or in an HR related field preferred.
Compensation:
Starts at $23.42, increases depending on experience.
Given the nature of this position, candidates must include a cover letter with their resume.
Due to our vulnerable resident population, the COVID vaccine is definitely encouraged but not required.
