As a member of the Nurse Leadership Team, this position bridges communication between residents, families, staff, and providers to enhance care outcomes and support our community’s mission of wellness and dignity.

Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse (RN or LPN) in good standing.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in long-term care and dementia care is required.
