OVERVIEW
We are looking for a smart, hard-working, friendly adult (18 ) to join our team in the Front Office. An employee working in the Office must be responsible, cheerful, and patient. He or she should enjoy people, customer service and making guests feel welcome. The office staff will provide the first and last guest experiences and we want to create positive impressions each time. A sense of humor also helps! Previous front desk/office or hospitality experience is preferred. Multi-tasking is a must!
RATE: Starting at $15.50 per hour
AGE: 18
SCHEDULE
May 15-October 1st is the full season. June 14th to Labor Day is the set schedule listed below. Training Hours would start in early May, times flexible.
Approximately 16.75 hours per week. Sub hours will be available.

Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: 4-9:15pm (5.25)
Friday: OFF
Saturday: 12-4pm, 5-8:15pm (7.25)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Welcome and thank every customer.
* Check in and check out campground guests in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
* Take reservations in-person and over the phone using computer system.
* Answer all phone calls promptly and knowledgeably, always ensuring complete and accurate information. Also, return voicemails, emails and Facebook messages.
* Complete all items on appropriate (AM, PM, Overnight) checklist by end of shift. These items include sweeping floors, cleaning counters, restocking shelves and coolers, reviewing upcoming reservations and other duties as assigned.
* Knowledgeable of immediate area, services, attractions, and events.
* Work directly with other staff members (cleaning & maintenance staff) as needed to assist guests.
* Follow up on any unresolved situations in a timely manner and pass on appropriate other staff members.
Additional Duties, Responsibilities, and Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Front Desk or hospitality role preferred.
* Able to work well under pressure, dealing with many arrivals and departures within a short period of time.
* Able to accommodate a flexible schedule that will include weekends, evenings, and/or holidays.
* Must be willing and able to problem solve in a creative manner.
* Must be dedicated to customer service. The customer always comes first, and we smile through the best and worst of times.
* Must be highly organized and attentive to details.
* Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
* Must be an excellent communicator.
Physical Requirements/Working Environment:
This position works indoors in the office and outside on the front porch. The employee would be required to stand on feet for duration of shift(s).
