Our Information Technology team aims to achieve one version of the truth empowering Retail Associates, Members and Wakefern with access to information anywhere, anytime to enable data driven decisions.
To be considered a candidate an Associate must meet the minimum requirements of the job posting:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated software development experience, including requirements analysis, relational database design, and production support.
- Experience with Mainframe programming - COBOL, CICS, JCL, SQL & DB2
- Java programming experience a plus
- The candidate should demonstrate the ability for self-learning and motivation.
- Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and sound decision-making abilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions
Working Conditions & Physical Demands
- Four days onsite at our Edison, NJ tech office
- One day remote
