The purpose of a Procurement Analyst is to provide direct support to the procurement staff in replenishing ingredients and products. This role involves analyzing and summarizing reports, maintaining inventory objectives, and serving as a communication liaison between staff and third-party warehouses.

This role involves analyzing and summarizing reports, maintaining inventory objectives, and serving as a communication liaison between staff and third-party warehouses.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Analyzing and summarizing reports (front page, sales, warehouse, slow turn, and new item analysis) to communicate findings to management
- Utilizing Microstrategy to analyze sales and categories for the procurement team
- Executing purchasing objectives while communicating with vendors
- Managing ingredient gross profit percentages and executing activities to improve them
- Identifying and implementing adjustments needed to ensure sound inventory
- Assisting the procurement team in ongoing research projects
