Job Summary:
The Logistics Customer Service Supervisor will play a critical role in coordinating replenishment and supply chain activities within our Logistics division. This individual will be responsible for overseeing analysts and agents, coordinating replenishment activities, and serving as a primary communicator for logistics-related matters that support retail operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leading an experienced team of Customer Service Analysts and Agents
- Communicating with internal and external customers using verbal, visual, and virtual communication platforms
- Supporting replenishment for all order types, including warehouse, Direct Store Delivery (DSD), directs, and Transdock orders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or 60 or more college credit hours
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proven analytical abilities with attention to detail
- Previous supervisory experience and ability to manage and motivate others
