About You
Your contribution
The Temporary Pharmacy Expeditor performs a variety of functions to support the Administrative tasks and the day to day logistics workflow. Responsibilities also include, but not limited to, selecting, receiving, shipping, replenishment, sanitation and all functions involving the day to day Logistics workflow in Pharmacy Warehouse.
The core functions of this position includes the everyday support of operations, as needed, but not limited to:
- Responsible to perform accurate daily selection utilizing strong proficiency in the Drive for Results competency in service of our stores.
- Responsible to perform receiving functions including checking, balancing, and associated paperwork utilizing strong proficiency in the Drive for Results competency in adhering to all department policy and procedures.
- Responsible to cycle count inventory per company requirements
- Responsible for IPad units/scanners and keeping batteries charged
- Assist on performing random audits of stores orders to ensure accuracy of the loads
- Assist in regarding quality service to our stores and satisfactory service levels demonstrating proficiency in the Stay Competitive competency.
- Assist Management to maintain high sanitation and safety standards
What we’re looking for
- High School diploma or equivalent required, some college a plus
- Knowledge of WMS and RAPID computer systems required
- Must possess analytical, organizational, multi-tasking and administrative skills
- PC/IPad literate with demonstrated data entry accuracy required
- Skills in PC spreadsheets, Microsoft Office and database programs desired
- Flexibility with regard to working a 5 day schedule including; days, overtime, and holidays with the potential of expanding to any 5 out of 7 day work week including shifts
- Must be able to work flexible hours and stay until work is completed
- Must be detail–oriented, analytical, and able to work independently as well as with a team
- Well-developed oral and written communications and interpersonal skills to Communicate Effectively.
- Must pass FDA / DEA mandated requirements associated to background checks
How you will work
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment
- Standing and walking for long periods of time
- Operate mobile equipment (single pallet jack)
- Daily bending, lifting and moving cases/totes up to 35 pounds
- Due to the nature of product, random drug testing will be required
