Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Knowledge Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organization, management, and dissemination of information within the company. This role requires a strong understanding of various digital tools and methodologies to enhance user experience and ensure that our knowledge base is accessible and effective for all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- 3 years of experience with supporting knowledge management operations and maintenance for secure D0D
- Work with the Windows Operating System and Active Directory
- Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and some holidays, as necessary
- Will need to travel quarteryl into the Indo-Pacific region
- Need to install, configure, and operate workstation, telephony, video, and mobile hardware and software, including more established communications, such as sat phone, as required
- Resolve escalated teams and member issues quickly, efficiently, and within policy guidelines
Qualifications
- Experience with Azure
- Experience with Terrafom, Kubernetes, or Docker
- Experience with the Atlassian tool suite, including Jira and Confluence
- Experience with Agile development techniques and ceremonies
- Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering concepts
- Ability to be flexible, exercise initiative, innovate, and take poorly defined problems and convert them into questions for which practical solutions can be defined
- Ability to succeed in an ambiguous and fast-paced international environment with culturally diverse groups
- Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, drafts, and emails
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
- Bachelors degree (required)
- Ability to obtain DoD 8570 or 140 IAT Level II Baseline Certificaiton within 30 days of start date
