Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Security Operations Engineer to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, personnel, and assets.
Responsibilities
- Operating on a four-star military staff, including Joint and Service processes, conducting training assessments, and measuring expertise
- Researching and writing background papers, talking points, and written statements
- Operate in an international setting
- Provide executive level briefings
- Knowledge of Title 22 vs Title 10 U.S. Code concerning training laws, programs, and limitations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Be flexible, take initiative, and innovate to succeed in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment, composing client deliverable quality documentation, analysis, and reports
- Travel internationally up to 10% of the time
Experience
- Experience with consulting for the federal government , the intelligence Community (IC), the DoD, or FEDSIM programs
- Knowledge of the Joint Training Program (JTP) and JELC doctrine and processes
- Knowledge of information security (INFOSEC) and risk analysis, management, and mitigation
- Ability to identify training gaps in an organization, define root problems, and develop appropriate and practical solutions
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail
- Ability to develop multiple complex reports with specific deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders
- Possession of excellent relationship-building and time management skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree
