Overview: The Provider Enrollment Representative is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely completion of the enrollment and re-validation for all providers and groups of providers. Responsible for maintaining confidential credentialing information in CACTUS. Expected to remain abreast of current guidelines for all governmental and third party enrollment processes with an emphasis in government agencies. Experience in facilitation of CMS 855 applications for the purpose of individual and group provider enrollment. Expected to complete application process in a timely manner. Department Description:
