Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at WakeMed Health & Hospitals. As a member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for operating radiographic equipment to produce high-quality images of patients. You will work closely with physicians and other medical professionals to provide quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate radiographic equipment to produce high-quality images of designated portions of the body
- Work under the direct order of a physician and in accordance with radiation safety procedures
- Provide direct patient care, including pediatrics, in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of patient images and related data
Requirements:
- Registered Technologist for Radiography license required
- Graduate Radiologic Technology degree required
- 1 year of clinical experience in urgent care preferred
