About Your Role
As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. This includes providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean workspace.
The pace of work can be fast-paced, especially during peak hours and seasons. You will need to be able to multitask, handle cash transactions, and maintain a clean workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and thanking customers.
- Operate a cash register and handle cash transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Answer customer questions and provide assistance with their needs.
- Be available to assist associates across the store as needed.
Additional Responsibilities
- Cart and Janitorial: Gather carts from the parking lot, operate equipment to move carts, and clean restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot as needed.
- Maintain a positive attitude in all weather conditions.
