About the Job
You are a key representative of Walmart's customer service, playing a vital role in creating positive experiences for customers. Your interactions may be the first and last impression they have with our store.
As a Customer Ambassador, you will juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, including checking out customers, answering questions, helping with needs, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Cashiering duties: smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude, stand for long periods, and check out customers quickly and accurately.
- Cart and Janitorial responsibilities: gather carts from the parking lot, operate equipment to move carts inside, clean restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service: answer questions, help with needs, and maintain a positive attitude in all weather conditions.
- Support associates across the store: be available to assist with tasks and projects as needed.
