You play a critical part in creating an exceptional customer experience at our store. As a representative of Walmart, you may be the first and last point of contact for customers, making your interaction with them a memorable one.
Prioritizing Customer Satisfaction:
- Smile, greet, and thank every customer with a positive attitude.
- Be available to assist associates across the store as needed.
Adaptability and Multitasking:
We operate in fast-paced environments, especially during peak hours, weekends, and holiday seasons. Your ability to multitask and juggle several tasks simultaneously is essential in providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Cashier duties including scanning items, explaining prices, bagging items properly, counting cash back, and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store.
- Clean restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot as needed.
