Job Summary
As a key associate in our store, you play a vital role in ensuring every customer leaves with a positive experience. You may be the first and last point of contact for many customers, making it essential to greet, thank, and engage with them positively.
This role requires a special individual who can multitask, prioritize tasks, and provide excellent customer service under pressure. You will work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously, such as scanning items, answering customer questions, and maintaining a clean workspace.
Responsibilities
- Cashier duties: smile, greet, and thank customers; keep areas clean and organized;
- Assist customers with their needs and answer questions;
- Collaborate with other associates across the store as needed;
- Gather carts from the parking lot and operate equipment to move them inside;
- Clean restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot as required.

The hourly wage range for this position is $14.00 to $26.00, with additional compensation possible through annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums for specific circumstances. If applicable criteria are met, multiple premiums may apply.
