Job Summary
Ambassadors of Walmart play a major role in how customers feel when they leave the store. They are the first, last, and sometimes only associate a customer interacts with.
Key Responsibilities:
- Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude
- Stand for long periods of time while checking out customers quickly and accurately
- Keep your area clean and presentable
- Answer customer questions and help them with their needs
- Be available to assist associates across the store as needed
Cashier Duties:
- Scan items
- Explain prices
- Bag items properly
- Count cash back
- Keep your area clean

The hourly wage range for this position is $15.00 to $26.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
